๐ก Not sure which fits? Tell us what you're planning in the enquiry form below and we'll recommend the right setup โ including indoor fundraising formats if a drive-in isn't the right fit for your venue.

Laser projector & FM audio โ crisp visuals and crystal-clear sound straight to every car.
Film rights & public performance licensing โ consent is arranged with the film distributor for every event we deliver.
Ticketing link & marketing kit โ ready-made assets to promote through your channels.
Crew, scaled to your booking โ full setup-to-pack-down delivery, or just an operator for projection if that's all you need.

Public screenings require consent from the film distributor before a movie can be shown or promoted โ Firefly arranges this as part of every fundraiser we deliver. If you choose one of our PVC canvas screen options, note that any scaffolding or hanging structure is the host's responsibility; our free-standing Airscreen options come at no structure cost. Read more on our Licensing & FAQ page.
Not an outdoor space? Firefly also runs indoor fundraising event formats โ if a drive-in doesn't suit your venue, let us know and we'll talk through indoor options.
There's no flat fee โ every event is quoted based on how much involvement you want from us. On a Revenue-Share Night, a guide is 150 vehicles at $40 a ticket netting $3,000+ for your organisation, plus 100% of your own food stalls. On Custom Hire, you keep 100% of ticket sales and simply pay for the level of service you book.
Revenue-Share means Firefly runs the full event and takes a share of ticket sales in return. Custom Hire means you pay a quoted fee for whatever level of involvement you need โ anywhere from full delivery down to just equipment plus an operator to run the film โ and you keep all ticket revenue yourself.
No โ consent to screen your chosen film in public is arranged with the distributor as part of every Firefly-delivered event, whichever path you choose.
Mainly promotion โ sharing your ticketing link with your community โ plus any food stalls, raffles or bake sales you want to run alongside. If you've booked a PVC canvas screen, you'll also need to arrange any hanging structure or scaffolding it needs; our Airscreen options are free-standing at no extra cost.
Generally 4โ6 weeks. This gives us time to secure licensing consent from the distributor and gives your group time to promote and sell tickets.
On a Revenue-Share Night, your share of ticket sales is calculated and paid out after the event. On Custom Hire, payment terms are agreed as part of your quote.
We're covered by our 100% Kiwi Weather Guarantee โ light rain generally doesn't stop the show. In the rare case of a full cancellation, we'll work with you on rescheduling.
Tell us a bit about your school, club or charity, preferred dates, and how involved you'd like Firefly to be โ we'll come back with availability, film options and a custom quote. No flat fees, no obligation.
